Tasting while baking

Ayanna recently attended a birthday party at the Cooking House in Desa Sri Hartamas. I thought it was a great idea for a birthday party – involving flour, sugar, chocolate chips and eggs. The little bakers were given a crash course on baking by the school’s head chef.

It was an excellent way for little girls to play grown up while learning a thing or two about making and baking chocolate chip cookies and gingerbread men; and better still they got to taste their creations. They also received a certificate of participation.
