Pregnancy website Pitterpatter.com.my is organising a pregnancy forum on Sept 30, 2012, from 11.30am-5pm at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC), Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The lunch date with pregnant mums is themed “Secrets to a Blissful Pregnancy” and will cover the topics of getting ready for labour and delivery by a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist; baby healthcare guides by a consultant paediatrician; and eat right to start right (nutrition for pregnancy and lactation) by a consultant dietitian.

There will also be demonstrations on pregnancy fitness, quick-to-make healthy snacks, super nanny tips, and setting a routine and sleep pattern for baby.

In addition, there will be fun activities like prize-hunting, shopping at a market place and a mummy fashion show.

The forum will include lunch and tea. The fee is RM20 per person.
