Mattel is introducing a new line of Movie Master figures based on the new Batman movie - The Dark Knight Rises.

The new line includes Batman The Dark Knight, his new nemesis Bane and Catwoman. The Movie Masters figures each come with a piece of the Bat signal, which, when fully assembled, will be fully functional.

Individual Quick Tek deluxe figures are coming out as well, including figures of Batman and Bane with battle armor and Batman-styled transforming pods.

Batman’s vehicles from the film, represented in 3 ¾ inch action figure scale, will also be made available here in Malaysia. Mattel’s Quick Tek line include an assortment that will give fans of The Dark Knight Rises the ability to gear up with Batman and fight all the villains in Gotham City.

The Attack Armor Bat-Pod comes with a Batman figure and to armor-up your superhero adventures, the vehicle comes with a bat-like canopy and missile firing device.

There's also the Apptivity Batman Starter set which brings Batman to digital life in new ways. The starter set includes everything fans need to dominate the villains of Gotham City on their iPads. It features the Batarang Batman figure, providing character-based play and The Bat flight vehicle, which puts kids in the pilot seat of the brand new vehicle featured in the movie. The Starter set comes with an amplifier accessory and a free downloadable app (from the App Store).

Other Apptivity assortments feature a Batman figure with different crime-fighting accessories and gear in app gameplay on an iPad; such as a grapnel gun, riot gear and the EMP new blaster from the movie.

All of these Mattel toys are now available in major toy stores in Malaysia.
