Doc McStuffins is finally coming to Disney Junior (Astro, channel 613). If you don't know about it yet, this brand new series is about a little girl who treats and fixes stuffed animals and broken toys in her home and neighbourhood.
Together with her stuffed animal friends Stuffy the proud dragon; Lambie, her best friend; Hallie the jolly hippo nurse; Squeakers the fish squeaky toy and Chilly the snowman, Doc helps everyone she can. She fixes loose stitching, low batteries or blow-up toys that have sprung a leak.
Most importantly, Doc’s caring nature sends an important message to all viewers about the importance of caring for yourself and for others. In fact, Doc’s mum is a doctor who helps her with her “diagnoses” while her dad is a chef who whips up healthy treats for Doc and little brother Donny.
Premiering on July 9 at 9.30am, Doc McStuffins subsequently airs on Disney Junior every day of the week at 9.30am and 8pm.
