Milo pledge provides meals to students

A minimum 10,000 pledges will provide 10,000 breakfast meals to students in selected rural schools across the country.

Milo Malaysia is launching a month-long pledge collection through its Milo Malaysia Facebook page. A minimum 10,000 pledges will provide 10,000 breakfast meals to students in selected rural schools across the country.

The pledge campaign is part of the Milo Nutrition Movement, which aims to educate mothers that “drinking” right is equally essential for a child’s development. Milo claims that its chocolate drink is able to provide essential nutrients and complement a varied, balanced diet to ensure that a child is in optimal condition.

Emphasising the importance of an ideal breakfast for children, the campaign will share how Milo's balanced and nutritious choco-malt content can provide sustainable energy.

Since mothers decide what a child consumes, the primary target for the Milo Nutrition Movement is mothers with children aged between seven and 12 years old.

The pledge collection will run from now until July 18, 2012. To make your pledge, go to Facebook.com/MILOMalaysia.
