Actress Jennifer Garner has three children with her actor husband Ben Affleck - Violet Anne (born 2005), Seraphina Rose Elizabeth (born 2009) and son Samuel Garner (born 2012).

Garner tells Cover Media:

“(My parenting style) evolves all the time. With my first child, I was a little more like Cindy Green in The Odd Life of Timothy Green who is just obsessively trying to make sure her child is happy at every moment - as many first time mums can be.

“Then you kind of learn to let go of some of that - when you're working the hardest, you're making it the hardest for your child. You let them be a bit and you just chill out a bit.

“I went from having a diaper bag filled with 15 diapers and 10 changes of clothes and rash cream to throwing a diaper in my purse and thinking, 'Yeah, we'll figure out the rest, it's good'.”
