THE third instalment of the ever popular adventures of our sub-zero heroes is packed to the brim with action, adventure, comedy and romance.

Manny, the prehistoric elephant, is about to become a father. Romano of Everybody Loves Raymond fame returns to lend his vocals to the character. In fact, his voice is so distinct that I found it hard not to think about the popular TV sitcom when I was watching the movie. That was a spoiler for me as I always prefer fresh voices in animated movies.

Latifah voices for Ellie, Manny's expectant wife. The other interesting characters include sabre-toothed tiger Diego and a sloth named Sid. One other engaging character is the one-eyed weasel, Buck, an avid dinosaur hunter. I regard him as the star of the show.
