Simple Spread

Here's what I made for Z during tea time. It's definitely his favourite snack at the moment.

A sandwich with a simple spread made out of organic avocado and ricotta cheese.

Ingredients:
½ organic avocado
1-2 tbsp of organic ricotta cheese

Method:
Simply combine the two ingredients before spreading it on a piece of organic wholegrain bread. Cut the sandwich to bite-size pieces before serving.

It takes less than 5 minutes to put the whole thing together and the end result is a healthy, wholesome snack for Z. It’s a great finger food, too.
