This is an easy dish to prepare and it tastes fantastic.
½ organic avocado, cubed
½ cups of homemade organic chicken stock
3 tbsp of uncooked risini
1 tbsp of shredded organic cheddar cheese or any other hard cheeses
Place the homemade chicken stock and risini in a small pot and cook under low heat.
Cook until the chicken stock has totally been absorbed and the risini is cooked. Stir occasionally.
Add the avocado and the cheese to the cooked risini, mix well and serve.
