Yields 2-3 servings

Ingredients:

1 clove of organic garlic
1 organic shallot
2-3 tomatoes, chopped roughly
100g of organic minced beef (can substitute with chicken)
A dash of organic crushed black pepper
1 tsp of liquid amino acid (optional)
1/2-1 tsp of organic extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Heat up a pan. Meanwhile, season the minced beef (or chicken) with a dash of crushed pepper. Add in the oil, shallot and garlic and fry for 30 seconds or until the shallots have become translucent.

Add in the minced beef / chicken and stir to cook.

When the meat is halfway cooked, add in the tomatoes. Squash the tomatoes with the back of your spatula until all the juices are extracted.

Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes under low heat, covered. Serve hot with your choice of pasta.

I would add the cooked pasta to the sauce and let it simmer for 30 seconds or more.

This would ensure that every strand of the pasta would be coated with the sauce. Finally, add some cheese and parsley and you have a meal fit for the king.

Tip: Since this is a basic sauce, you can dress it up easily. I would usually add in some vegetables, like cauliflower or broccoli to make it more wholesome.
