Ingredients
1 bunch unripe bananas (preferably Pisang Rastali, Pisang Awak or Pisang Abu)
Sugar and salt to taste
A dash of chilli powder or paprika
Oil for deep-frying
Method
Peel the bananas and slice thinly with a slicer. Mix the banana slices with salt, sugar and paprika.
In a wok, heat oil until hot. Deep fry the banana slices until golden brown and crispy. Drain and cool before storing in an airtight container.
