2 Zespri Green or Gold Kiwifruit (or a combination)
1 small tomato
2 tbsp thinly-sliced spring onions (green onion / scallion)
1 tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro) or parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup corn (nacho) chips
Peel the Zespri Green and / or Gold Kiwifruit then dice it.
Halve the tomato and squeeze out the seeds. Then dice the flesh.
Combine the fruit with the tomato, spring onions, coriander or parsley and lemon juice.
Store the salsa and corn chips in small containers suitable for the lunch box.
