You'll be feeling tired again because of your growing baby and because you may not be able to sleep well at night. Put your feet up and rest whenever you can.


Your pelvic joints are expanding to get ready for the birth. This could cause some aches and pains.

The extra pressure on your bladder means you will probably be waking to go to the toilet at least once during the night.

What to do:

Tiredness – Rest as much as you can whenever you can.

Heartburn – Eat small frequent meals. Avoid meals high in carbohydrates, sugars and fats. Don't have a big meal late at night.

Your baby:

Baby is moving a lot during this period.

His brain is growing a lot too.

His bones are hardening and his fingernails may be fully grown now.
